Our Online Fitting service is a quick and easy way of determining the best hoof boot fit for your horse. Just upload the 5 photos we advise for each applicable hoof and inform us about the level of work, any current or ongoing issues with your horse, and the intended use for the Hoof Boots.

We’ll aim to respond to your Online Fitting Request within 3 working days, however this can sometimes take longer than anticipated, as we deal with a high volume of Online Fitting requests.

We appreciate that hoof boot sizing can be initially challenging to get right, and may require exchanging items. If you’re concerned about this, we highly recommend requesting a Fitting Appointment. An approved Fitting Partner will visit the address for where you keep your horse(s) and, using a variety of Hoof Boot Fitting Kits, find the best fit for you and your horses needs.

We’re looking for 5 clear photos of each barefoot hoof that you would like fitting advice for.

We’re looking for up to 20 photos in total. This means 5 clear photos of up to 4 barefoot hooves.

For example, if you’re seeking fitting advice for only 2 hooves, please take 5 clear photos for each of those 2 hooves. In this instance, we’d be looking for 10 photos.

Please ensure all shoes are removed from every photographed hoof.

A Hoof Boot Shop team member will review the photos you upload to Messenger or attach via Email. Once we’ve provided our Online Fitting service to you, we’ll delete your photos.

You can send your photos to The Hoof Boot Shop via Messenger, or email us and attach your photos.

Please remember to inform us about the level of work, any current or ongoing issues (e.g. Laminitis) and your intended use for the Hoof Boots.

With our Online Fitting Service, you can receive FREE expert advice and product recommendations.

Our Online Fitting Service is convenient and fast. Just upload 5 clear photos of each barefoot hoof and we’ll aim to respond with our expert advice and product recommendations within 3 working days.

You might have to wait multiple weeks for a Fitting appointment, and we currently don’t cover the entire UK.

Please submit one Online Fitting request. Multiple submissions for the same horse at one time may be rejected.

For your photos, please ensure all shoes are removed. We’re unable to verify provided measurements with shoes on.

We’re pro’s at finding the best fit for your horse(s), but we are not qualified or responsible for conducting a static/dynamic assessment or providing a formal diagnosis for any issues your horse(s) may be experiencing. We advise consulting an RCVS qualified veterinary professional or registered farrier.

Please ensure you provide us with information about your horse(s), such as the level of work, any current or ongoing issues (e.g. Laminitis) and your intended use for the Hoof Boots.

Please note: we do not recommend using Hoof Boots for intense use cases, such as horse racing and hunting.
