SHIPPING & RETURNS

UK Shipping

Unless otherwise specified, orders are shipped within est. 1-7 working days. This could be earlier or later depending on stock availability. Orders are shipped using a signed for service via a courier.

The Hoof Boot Shop will not be held responsible for any postal/courier delays. Two attempts to deliver will be made after which the parcel will be returned to us and further shipping costs will apply for redelivery.

Next Day Delivery (UK)

Orders requiring next-day delivery must be placed before 1 pm the previous day and will need a signature upon delivery. Next-day delivery does NOT include weekend delivery or anything ordered after 1 pm. Next-day delivery is dependent on stock availability, if we cannot fulfill a next-day delivery request we will let you know via email.

Please allow an extra working day for deliveries over UK Bank Holidays.

International Orders

All international orders will be posted via a tracked/signed for service. Delivery timescales will vary, depending on the destination of the order, stock availability and the courier used.

Customers are responsible for any customs charges generated.

Please Note: There may be small variations between the value of your confirmed foreign currency order and the amount you are finally charged by your card provider. This is due to possible exchange rate fluctuations between two separate service providers.

Returns/Exchanges

Returns or exchanges can be made within 14 days of the order being delivered. If you order arrived more than 14 days ago, we are unable to process any refunds or exchanges for unsuitable items.

Items must be unused and in the same condition that you received them. They must also be in the original packaging.

Any item not in its original condition or that is damaged/used cannot be returned or refunded.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item and we highly recommend using a tracked and signed for service.

If you’re exchanging your item(s), you will receive an invoice with an agreed delivery payment to receive your exchange item(s).

Refunds

Once your item is returned to us and found to be in good order we will process your refund back to the original method of payment. Please note refund processing times can vary depending on the initial method of payment and payment providers.

Your refund will be for the full amount of the product minus the initial shipping cost.

Sale items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded, sale items are non-refundable clearance items.
